Abstract:

Multi⁃disciplinary collaboration(MDT)has now become an international trend in the diagnosis and treatment of obesity for its various causes and complications and complicated mechanism of its occurrence,but at present,without comprehensive understanding of the model and the necessity of its implementation,the MDT model in the diagnosis and treatment of obesity is still in the stage of exploration. No mature operating model has been formed,which,to a great extent,restricts the development and its application. In order to deepen the overall understanding of MDT model in the diagnosis and treatment of obesity,and to further understand the necessity of its implementation,this article reviews the development,necessity of implementation,team structure,operation model,etc. of the multi⁃disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model of obesity,hoping to providing ref⁃ erence for the diagnosis and treatment of obesity and the promotion of MDT model in the diagnosis and treatment of the obesity in our country.
