1. Authors may log in to the official website of this journal (www.syyxzz.com) to complete manuscript submission and status inquiry in accordance with the system operation prompts. Please ensure the authenticity of all author information during registration.
2. After the editorial office receives the submission, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the email address of the first author. Please log in to the download center on the journal's official website as prompted in the acknowledgment to download the *Letter of Introduction for Manuscript Submission to The Journal of Practical Medicine, Authorization Letter, and Copyright Transfer Agreement*. After completing the relevant information, affixing the official seal of the authors' affiliated institution, and scanning the document along with other materials including the ethical review approval and fund project certificate, please send the scanned files to the email address: ly@syyxzz.com (recommended method). Physical hard copies are not required; please note the manuscript number in your email.
3. This journal charges a peer review fee of RMB 50 for all unsolicited manuscripts (excluding expert commissioned manuscripts). The review fee must be paid via bank transfer (mobile banking, online banking, ATM, or bank counter). Notes: (1) Alipay payments are not accepted; (2) Postal remittances are not accepted. You may log in to the submission system to check whether the payment has been received 3 working days after the transfer. Out of respect for the labor of our reviewers and editorial staff, peer review will not be initiated until the review fee is received. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, the printed issue will be delivered to the correspondence address registered by the first author in our system via cash on delivery courier. The electronic invoice for the page charge will be sent directly to the email address registered by the first author in our system. If any of your contact information changes, please update it via the submission system promptly to ensure smooth delivery of documents and the printed issue.
5. Before submission, please verify all key information including the manuscript title, authors' affiliations, authors' full names, corresponding author and funding information. In accordance with relevant regulations on authorship, authorship cannot be modified after submission.
6. Manusrafts under review by this journal (within 3 months after the acknowledgment of receipt is issued) may not be submitted to other journals simultaneously.
7. Upon submitting a manuscript to this journal, the author(s) are deemed to have voluntarily transferred all rights to the paper, including but not limited to publication right, distribution right, compilation right, translation right, reproduction right for both print and electronic versions, and information network dissemination right, to this journal. If the author(s) do not consent to the above arrangement, please notify this journal in writing promptly, and we will not process the submitted manuscript further.
