Cough variant asthma(CVA)and eosinophilic bronchitis(EB)are the most common causes of chronic cough. CVA patients are mainly characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness,while EB patients are mainly characterized by eosinophilic airway inflammation and normal lung function. The principal treatment of two diseases is inhaling corticosteroids,which can significantly improve the symptoms and prognosis of these two diseases. However,the association between the duration of ICS treatment and disease progression remains unclear,and there are also diversities in various guidelines. This article aimed at elaborating the different phenotypes and prognosis of CVA and EB,and analyzing the influence factors of the duration of ICS treatments on the prognosis of the diseases.

Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women worldwide,but conventional treat⁃ ments for advanced,recurrent,and metastatic cervical cancer have limited therapeutic effects. Recent studies have show that remarkable effects have been achieved in various therapies targeting the immune system in cervical can⁃ cer. The article investigates the mechanism underlying the immunological treatment of cervical cancer,the applica⁃ tion of the treatment method,the status quo,as well as the dilemma faced by the treatment method,with the goal of providing some new directions for the treatment of cervical cancer.

Recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer characterized by rapid progression and extremely poor prognosis is a principal cause of death in patients. Medicines are available to treat recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer still represents an urgent unmet clinical need,with few effective chemotherapy agents,immunotherapy and molecular targeted therapyavailable. Tisotumab vedotin is an antibody ⁃ drug conjugate comprising a fully human monoclonal antibody specific for tissue factor conjugated to monomethyl auristatin E that has been engineered to target tissue factor expressing tumours. Tisotumab vedotin has been granted accelerated approval in the USA for the treatment of adult patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer with disease progression on or after chemotherapy. This paper,based on relevant domestic and foreign researches,summarizes and reviews the structure and mechanism of action,relevant clinical trials,common side effects and precautions of Tisotumab vedotin in order to improve the readers understanding of this drug and to provide reference for clinicians to make rational decisions in practice.

Cervical cancer remains a serious public health problem in developing countries,including China. The prevention and control of cervical cancer requires not only the vaccination of HPV vaccine,but also a scientific,effective and accurate screening strategy. The screening strategy of cervical cancer has been continuously changed and optimized in the past 30 years,and its screening methods,start time,time interval,end time,etc. are constantly being explored and studied,with the transition from cytology⁃based screening to HPV testing⁃based screening gradually. Reviewing the historical changes of cervical cancer screening strategies in an all ⁃ round way,thinking deeply about the key issues in the screening process,and summarizing screening experience and deficiencies have important theoretical significance and clinical guiding role in regulating cervical cancer screening in China.

Objective The aim of the stydy was to explore the role of RAB27B in cervical cancer stem cells and explore new therapeutic targets for patients with advanced and recurrent disease. Methods The si ⁃NC and si⁃RAB27B fragments were successfully transferred into cervical cancer SP cells by cell transfection;Western blotting was used to detect the expression of target gene protein before and after RAB27B knockout;Real ⁃time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detected the mRNA expression of target gene in cells; in vivo functional experiments to detect cell proliferation,invasion and clone formation before and after RAB27B knockout;immunofluorescence was used to detect cellular localization of RAB27B and SFRP1;enzyme ⁃linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect SFRP1 secretion. Results After knocking out RAB27B,the protein and mRNA expressions of RAB27B in cervical cancer SP cells were significantly decreased;After RAB27B knockout,the proliferation,invasion and clone formation abilities of cervical cancer SP cells were significantly decreased. There was obvious co⁃localization between RAB27B and SFRP1 in cervical cancer SP cells after knock⁃ ing out RAB27B ;the content of SFRP1 secreted by cervical cancer SP cells was also significantly decreased. Conclusion RAB27B could promote the proliferation,invasion and clone formation of cervical cancer stem cells, and might work throughregulating the expression of SFRP1.

Objective To explore the effect of miR⁃218⁃5p targeting VEGFA gene on apoptosis and migra⁃ tion of cervical cancer HeLa cells. Methods In the study,cervical cancer cells HeLa were cultured,and the cells were divided into miR⁃NC group,miR⁃218⁃5p group,si⁃NC group,si⁃VEGFA group,miR⁃NC+pcDNA⁃VEG⁃ FA group,miR⁃218⁃5p+pcDNA⁃ VEGFA group. Real⁃time fluorescent quantitative PCR(RT⁃qPCR)was used to detect the expression levels of miR⁃218⁃5p and VEGFA mRNA;flow cytometry was used to detect cell apoptosis Transwell was used to detect cell migration;Western blot was used to detect cellular B⁃cell lymphoma 2(Bcl⁃2), Bax,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP2),MMP9 protein expression;dual luciferase reporter experiment to detect the targeting relationship between miR ⁃ 218⁃5p and VEGFA. Results Compared with normal cervical epithelial cells NC104,the expression of miR⁃218 in cervical cancer cells HeLa,CaSki,C33A and SiHa were reduced,and the expression of VEGFA mRNA were increased(P < 0.05). Compared with the miR⁃NC group,the apoptosis rate in the miR⁃218⁃5p group was increased,and the number of cell migration was decreased(P < 0.05). Compared with the si⁃NC group,the apoptosis rate in the si⁃VEGFA group was increased,and the number of cell migration were decreased(P < 0.05). miR⁃218⁃5p targeted the regulation of VEGFA expression,and regulation of VEGFA expression could reverse the effects of miR ⁃ 218⁃5p overexpression on apoptosis and migration of cervical cancer cells(P < 0.05). Conclusion miR⁃218⁃5p targeting VEGFA gene promotes cervical cancer HeLa cell apoptosis and inhibits migration.

Objective To observe the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of chemotherapy ⁃ related cognitive impairment(CRCI)in patients with cervical cancer. Methods The patients with CRCI treated in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2021 were randomly assigned to a hyperbaric oxygen group or a control group. The control group received oxiracetam and inhalation of high⁃pressure air as placebo whereas the hyperbaric oxygen group received oxiracetam plus hyperbaric oxygen. The Hopkins Verbal Learning Test ⁃Revised(HVLT ⁃R)and the Trail Making Test(TMT)were observed before,at the moment of treatment completion,and months 1 and 3 after treatment;MRI diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)was performed before and after treatment,the relevant laboratory indexes were collected before and after treatment in both groups. Results In the aspect of HVLT and TMT at different time points,the total HVLT score was higher and the total length of TMT was better in the hyperbaric oxygen group than in the control group at week 4 after treatment months 1 and 3 after treatment completion(P < 0.05). In terms of DTI,the FA values in the right sagittal stratum bilateral cingulum,inferior fronto⁃occipital fasciculus,left superior longitudinal fasciculus,and splenium of corpus callosum were higher in the hyperbaric oxygen group than in the control group(P < 0.05). For related laboratory indexes,levels of NSE,GFAP,and BDNF in the hyperbaric oxygen group were superior to those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with oxiracetam for CRCI in patients with cervical cancer can effectively improve cognitive impairment and imaging and laboratory indexes,showing a marked short⁃ and long⁃term efficacy.

Objective To study serum differential proteins in patients with cervical squamous cell carcino⁃ ma at three different periods of pre⁃ and post⁃operation and to compare these proteins with those in a control group. Methods The SELDI⁃TOF⁃MS and weak cation binding microarray(CM10)were used to dynamically analyze serum protein fingerprints in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma before operation(group A1),on postsurgical days 7 ~ 10(group A2)and 30 ~ 40(group A3),and in a control group. The changes in protein fingerprints at different periods were compared and differential proteins were screened. Results The first group contained 16 differential proteins between cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the control group,12 of differed significantly between groups A1 and A2. The contents of these 16 differential proteins showed an upward trend on postoperative days 7 ~ 10,and most of them returned to the level of the controls on days 30 ~ 40. The second group contained 12 differential proteins,which were significantly different between groups A1 and A3,and their levels were increasing in groups A1,A2 and A3,and then returned to the control level on days 30 ~ 40. Conclusions The differential proteins in the first group had significantly statistical differences between cervical squamous cell carcinomas and the controls,which could be used as a biological indicator. At the same time,the proteins in both groups were significantly distinguished during three different periods of pre⁃ and post⁃operation in patients with cervical squamous carcinoma. Detection of differential proteins could be applied as indicators for assessing the efficacy of surgical treatment for cervical squamous carcinoma and for monitoring postoperative condition.

Objective To explore the effect of Alkaloid sinomenine(SIN)on acute lung injury in sepsis through Nrf2/Keap1 signaling pathway. Methods A rat model of sepsis was established by cecal ligation and puncture. Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into ALI group,sham operation group and SIN group(40⁃SIN group 80⁃SIN group,160⁃SIN group),with 12 rats in each group. The severity of sepsis in each group was evaluated by scoring method;HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of rat lung tissue,SOD and aldehyde (malondialdehyde,MDA)activity;ELISA method to detect tumor necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α),interleukin(inter⁃ leukin⁃1β,IL⁃1β)and(interleukin⁃6,IL⁃6)in lung tissue )levels. Western blot and qRT⁃PCR were used to detect the expression level of Nrf2,Keap1,HO⁃1 protein and mRNA in lung tissue,respectively. Results Compared with ALI group,40⁃SIN,80⁃SIN,and 160⁃SIN group had lower lung tissue scores in acute lung injury in sepsis (P < 0.01). The activity of SOD was enhanced,and the level of MDA,IL⁃1β,TNF⁃α,and IL⁃6 was decreased (P < 0.01). The interstitial edema was slight;pathological damage of the lung tissue was relieved to a certain extent. There was a dose⁃effect relationship,and the high⁃dose group had the best effect on improving the lesion degree of the lung tissue. Compared with those in ALI group,the protein and mRNA expressions of Nrf2 and HO⁃1 in the lung tissue of the 40⁃SIN,80⁃SIN and 160⁃SIN group were significantly up⁃regulated(P < 0.01),and the protein and mRNA expressions of Keap1 in the lung tissue of the rats were significantly down⁃regulated(P < 0.01). Conclusion SIN can enhance the activity of SOD,reduce the level of MDA,IL⁃1β,TNF⁃α,IL⁃6,and regulate Nrf2/Keap1 signaling pathway,thereby alleviating the degree of lung tissue damage,protecting lung tissue,and improving acute lung disease caused by sepsis.

Objective To observe whether the Chinese medicine Xueguan Ruanhua Pill can prevent and treat atherosclerosis(AS)by targeting the regulation of long⁃chain non⁃coding RNA⁃TGFB2⁃OT1,miR4459 and their downstream signals to inhibit inflammatory response. Methods AS model was established;Xueguan Ruanhua Pill was used for intervention,and TGFB2⁃OT1 inhibitor was used as a positive control. After 8 weeks of interven⁃ tion,biochemical detection was performed,HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of the aorta and real ⁃time PCR and western ⁃blot were used to detect aortic TGFB2⁃ OT1,miRNA4459,LARP1,SQSTM1 CASP1,and IL1B level. Results Compared with the model group,the level of TC,TG and LDL ⁃C in Fufang Xueguan Ruanhua Pill group decreased(all P < 0.05);larger aortic LA,thinner IMT,and smaller PA and LCA were found(all P < 0.05). The optical density and fluorescence intensity of aortic TGFB2⁃OT1 were lower(all P < 0.05),and the level of serum ICAM⁃1,VCAM⁃1,IL⁃8 and MCP⁃1 was lower(all P < 0.05). The level of OT1 miRNA4459,LARP1,and SQSTM1 was reduced(all P < 0.05),and the protein expression level of TGFB2⁃OT1 CASP1,and IL1B in the aorta was lower(all P < 0.05). Conclusion The molecular mechanism of Xueguan Ruanhua Pill in the prevention and treatment of AS is related to the targeted regulation of long ⁃chain non ⁃coding RNA⁃TGFB2⁃OT1,miR4459 and their downstream signals to inhibit the inflammatory response.

Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of ethanol extract from polygonatum odoratum against colorectal cancer(CRC)via regulating immunometabolism. Methods Twenty ⁃five mice were divided into a blank control group,CRC model group and CRC + polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract treatment group. The mice in CRC + polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract treatment group received intraperitoneal injection of polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract at a concentration of 1 g/kg,2 g/kg,or 3 g/kg,respectively,while mice in the blank control group and the CRC model group received intraperitoneal injection of equal volume of normal saline. After 8 weeks of continuous administration,peripheral blood NK cell killing activity and levels of interleukin ⁃2(IL⁃2),interleukin⁃12(IL⁃12)and tumor necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α)were measured in each group. Organ indexes were calculated and colorectal tumor formation was observed. Results The peripheral blood NK cell killing activity was significantly lower in the CRC model group than in the blank control group. After treatment with polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract,the NK cell killing activity was significantly enhanced as compared with that in the CRC model group(P < 0.05),having the highest level in the high⁃dose group,followed by the medium⁃ dose group,and then the low⁃dose group. Peripheral blood levels of IL⁃2,IL⁃12 and TNF⁃ α were significantly decreased in the CRC model group as compared with those in the blank control group(P < 0.05),while polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract significantly up⁃regulated serum levels of IL⁃2,IL⁃12 and TNF⁃α as compared with the CRC model group(P < 0.05),and levels of three indicators were the highest in the high⁃dose group,followed by themedium⁃dose group,and were the lowest in the low⁃dose group(P < 0.05). Cardiac and liver indexes did not differ statistically between the CRC model group and the polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract treatment group(P > 0.05),while the indexes of spleen and thymus in the polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract treatment group were significantly increased as compared with those in the model group(P < 0.05),and the increase was the most significant in the high⁃dose group,followed by the medium⁃dose group,and was the least in the low⁃dose group (P < 0.05). Anatomical experiments showed that tumor and other abnormal hyperplasia were observed in colon and rectum in the model group,while the number of tumor and other abnormal hyperplasia was significantly reduced after treatment with polygonatum odoratum ethanol extract at different concentrations[(8.83 ± 0.71)vs.(4.68 ± 0.46)vs.(3.41 ± 0.78)vs.(2.13 ± 0.53),F = 65.642,P < 0.001]. Conclusions Ethanol extract from polygona⁃ tum odoratum may play an anticancer role by reducing colorectal tumor number and hyperplasia through regulating immunometabolism.

Efficacy of advanced core decompression and synthetic bone substitutes grafting combined with an extra⁃ corporeal shock wave for early femoral head necrosis

Objective To compare the short ⁃term effect of advanced core decompression(ACD)plus synthetic bone substitutes(SBS)grafting alone with ACD+SBS combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT)for early ⁃stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH). Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The research group was the case of ACD+SBS+ESWT,and the control group was the case of ACD+SBS alone. Finally,66 patients entered the result analysis. There were 30 cases(30 hips)in the research group. The preoperative VAS score was(6.7 ± 0.8),the Harris score was(68.3 ± 5.0),and the Kerboul angle was(197.7 ± 61.2)°. There were 36 cases(36 hips)in the control group. The preoperative VAS score was(6.7 ± 0.9),the Harris score was(68.3 ± 5.0),and the Kerboul angle was(201.9 ± 61.4)°. The follow⁃up time was 24 months. The changes in VAS score and Harris score of the affected hip at 3 months,6 months,12 months,and 24 months after operation were recorded. An MRI was performed at the last follow⁃up,and the Kerboul angle was measured to reassess the size of the necrotic area. Results The two groups were followed up for 24 months. There were 4 cases of collapse in the research group and 6 cases in the control group. No patients underwent a total hip replacement. At the end of the 24⁃month follow⁃up study,Significant improvement of VAS and Harris in both groups was seen before surgery. The VAS and Harris scores of the studygroup were better than those of the control group at three months,six months,and 12 months after operation (P < 0.05). However,there was no difference between the two groups at 24 months of follow⁃up. The Kerboul angle of the research group was(175.0 ± 80.4)°,and that of the control group was(193.1 ± 73.6)°. Both groups were improved compared to preoperative,but there was no difference between the two groups. The Δkerboul angle of the study group was(-22.7 ± 20.3)°,and that of the control group was(-8.9 ± 26.3)°. The improvement of the kerboul angle in the study group was significant(P = 0.042). Conclusion ACD + SBS + ESWT and ACD + SBS alone had satisfactory effects in treating early ⁃ stage ONFH. The former better relieved pain and improve function than the latter in the early follow⁃up period,and the improvement of kerboul angle was also more obvious.

Clinical observation on early intervention of facial and neck scars with optimized intense pulsed light com⁃ bined with low⁃energy CO2 lattice laser

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of optimized intense pulsed light(OPT)combined with CO2 lattice laser on early facial and cervical scars intervention. Methods 96 patients with early facial and neck scars in our hospital from October 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into four groups with 24 cases in each group. The patients in the four groups were treated with silicon gel,CO2 lattice laser +silicon gel,OPT+ silicon gel,and OPT+CO2 lattice laser+ silicon gel respectively two weeks after operation. Except for the silicon gel,all patients were treated three times at one ⁃month intervals. Before treatment and one month after the third treatment,patients′ facial and neck scars were compared and analyzed by patient assessment scale(PSAS), observer assessment scale(OSAS)and new Vancouver Scar Assessment Scale(VSS);Record patient satisfaction and adverse reactions. Results The satisfaction rates of each group after treatment were 58.33%,83.33%,79.17% and 95.83% ,respectively. The results of VSS,OSAS and PSAS after treatment showed statistical differences (P < 0.05),and the VSS score showed statistical significance in color,blood vessel and softness compared with before treatment(P < 0.05). There were two cases of blisters and exudation during treatment without obvious abnor⁃ malities after timely intervention. Conclusion Optimized intense pulsed light(OPT)combined with low ⁃ energy CO2 lattice laser has satisfactory curative effect and fewer adverse reactions in the early intervention of facial and neck scars,warranting further research.

Objective To investigate the expression of urinary soluble CD163 levels in patients with sys⁃ temic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and lupus nephritis(LN),as well as its disease activity and outcome correlation with LN. Methods LN,SLE patients from Jiujiang First People′s Hospital and a healthy control population were tested for CD163 levels at baseline and 3,6,and 12 months later. The relationship between urinary CD163 levels and the degree of proteinuria,clinical activity,disease outcome,pathological type,and immunological indicators were analyzed. The ROC curve assessed the predictive value of urinary CD163 levels for LN. Logisitic multiple regression analysis of the effect of urinary CD163 levels on complete response in LN patients. Results The urinary CD163 level in LN patients was significantly higher than that of active SLE,inactive SLE and non⁃LN glomerular disease,and the clinical severity and pathological type of the disease also varied(P < 0.001),and Urinary CD163 response gradually decreases along with the immune response(P < 0.001). The area under the ROC curve for urinary CD163 level was 0.971(P < 0.001),> 98.5 ng/mmol with 85.7% sensitivity and 96.4% specificity. After adjusting for gender,age,uPCR,eGFR,C3,urinary CD163 & lt;205 ng/mmol was found to be an inde⁃ pendent predictor of 12 months of clinical remission in LN patients(OR = 2.173,P = 0.021). Conclusion Urinary CD163 expression in LN is related to clinical activity and treatment outcome ,and it is a novel and valuable active biomarker.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of 3D printing guide plate ⁃assisted percutaneous mini⁃ mally invasive pedicle screw placement in the treatment of multi⁃segment lumbar fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with multi⁃segment lumbar fractures who underwent pedicle screw internal fixation for lumbar spine surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n = 30)and study group(n = 30)according to the operation plan. Both groups were treated with posterior lumbar pedicle screw place⁃ ment and internal fixation. Otherwise,the control group was treated with freehand pedicle screw placement,and the study group with 3D printing guide plate combined with angle control combined pedicle screw placement tool. The two groups were compared in terms of perioperative period,lumbar vertebra function,pain index,incidence of adverse reactions as well as the Cobb angle of kyphosis and the ratio of the anterior vertebral body height. Results The nail placement time,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,fluoroscopy time and accuracy of nail place⁃ ment in the study group were all significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 months after operation,the Oswestry disability index(ODI),pain visual analogue(VAS)score and kyphotic Cobb angle in the two groups were decreased compared with those before operation,and the height of anterior vertebral body was increased compared with that before operation. The scores and Cobb angle of kyphosis were lower than those of the control group,and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). At last follow⁃up,the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were decreased compared with 3 months after operation(P < 0.05). The postoperative kyphotic Cobb angle of the study group was smaller than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion 3D printing guide plate assisted percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw placement in the treatment of multi⁃segment lumbar vertebral fractures is advantageous for its less radiationand quicker postoperative recovery. It can effectively improve the accuracy of screw placement,with good curative effect and better safety.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of two maintenance methods of caffeine for the prevention of apnea of prematurity(AOP)so as to simplify the maintenance method of caffeine. Methods Totally 310 preterm infants with gestational age of less than 32 weeks,birth weight of less than 1 500 g,and beginning use of caffeine within 3 days after birth admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled as subjects in the study. The subjects were divided into two groups:fixed dose maintenance group[birthweight × 10 mg/(kg·d), n = 166]and modified maintenance dose group(variant birthweight × 5 mg/kg,n = 144). The prevention effect complications,adverse reactions and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The inci⁃ dence rate of apnea,the rate of additionally increasing caffeine dose and the rate of improving respiratory support in the fixed maintenance dose group were all significantly lower than those in the modified maintenance dose group (P < 0.05). However,there were no significant differences in the incidence of AOP,duration of ventilation,hospi⁃ tal stay,duration of apnea and birth weight recovery between the two groups(P > 0.05). There were no significant differences either in the rates of necrotizing enterocolitis,broncho pulmonary dysplasia,intraventricular hemor⁃ rhage,late⁃onset sepsis,tachycardia,feeding intolerance,retinopathy of prematurity and patent ductus arteriosus (P > 0.05). Conclusions The maintenance with fixed dose(birthweight × 10 mg/kg)is an effective way in pre⁃ venting apnea of prematurity. It may reduce the clinical workload and improve the patient safety from the frequent changes of the dose of caffeine.

Objective To explore the characteristics of spike waves in children with benign epilepsy with central⁃temporal spikes(BECTS)by comparing the method of using epilepsy⁃related acupoint electrodes with the traditional method to record spike waves in centrotemporal region. Methods Thirty children with BECTs were selected. The spike waves were recorded first by placing the electrodes according to the international 10⁃20 system and then by placing the electrodes on epilepsy ⁃ related acupoints. The two groups of data were analyzed. Results The changes in α rhythm and sleep cycle were recorded in the acupoint group. There was no significant difference between the recorded α rhythm as well as the maximum amplitude of spike waves in the apical area between the two groups(P > 0.05). During awakeness,the amplitude of spike waves in the acupoint group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),while during sleeping the average amplitude of spike waves in the sleep point group was insignificantly higher than that in the control group(P > 0.05). The peak of spike wave amplitude of(about 78.9%)during awakeness was recorded at the acupoint of Shuai Gu,while it was about 73.3% during sleeping. Conclusion The epilepsy⁃related scalp acpoints used as positions for electrode placement to record EEG of BECTs children can show their characteristic features. Most spike waves have the highest amplitude at the acu⁃ pint of Shuai Gu.

Objective To investigate the association of daily sleep duration with the risk of hyperuricemia among urban workers in Guangzhou. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 9,000 workers who attended physical examination in the health management center of a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from June 2019 to June 2020. Questionnaires were used to collect data on demographics and lifestyle,and logistic regression was used to analyze the association of daily nap duration with the risk of hyperuricemia. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia among urban workers in Guangzhou was 42.60%,with 55.60% in males and 22.21% in females. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for demographic data,lifestyle,and metabolic risk factors,the daytime nap duration was associated with the risk of hyperuricemia by gender(P < 0.05). The association was moderately attenuated with additionally adjusted for serum creatinine. No correlation between noc⁃ turnal sleep duration and risk of hyperuricemia was noted. Conclusion Whether male or female,longer daytime nap duration was associated with hyperuricemia risk.

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of medical staff job burnout,as well as to understand medical staff physical and mental health status,in order to provide a foundation for hospitals to implement humanistic care and health care for medical staff. Methods A total of 350 medical staff members from a tertiary general hospital were interviewed using a self⁃completion basic situation questionnaire and the MBI⁃GS burnout scale. 342 questionnaires were effectively collected and statistically analyzed by the independent sample T test,one⁃way AN OVA,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analsis and word frequency analysis. Results The score of emotional exhaustion in the three dimensions of job burnout was(2.003 ± 1.167),and the detection rates of mild,moderate,and severe were 82.16%,15.21% and 2.63%,respectively. The deindividuation score was(1.262 ± 1.085),The score of emotional exhaustion in the three dimensions of job burnout was(2.003 ± 1.167),and the detection rates of mild,moderate,and severe were 82.16%,15.21% and 2.63%,respectively. With the detection rates of mild,moderate and severe were 92.98%,5.56% and 1.46%,respectively. The score of low sense of personal achievement was(2.232 ± 1.366),and the detection rates of mild,moderate and severe were 55.85%,42.10% and 2.05%,respectively. The burnout scores of medical staff with different demographic charac⁃ teristics were significantly different(P < 0.05). Burnout was found to be significantly related to gender,age,marital status,education level,job position,working years,work pressure,and self⁃health status(P < 0.01). A linear relationship existed between gender,marital status,education level,job position,job pressure,physical health status,and job burnout. According to the results of a word frequency survey,medical staff have a high demand for humanistic care activities organized by hospitals. Conclusion Medical personnel experience varying degrees of job burnout. Health workers who are at high risk of burnout require extra care. Take reasonable measures to reduce the occurrence of job burnout in light of the factors influencing the occurrence of job burnout. We will create a hu⁃ manistic care and health care support system for medical staff in order to promote their physical and mental health increase their health literacy,and better serve patients.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaishao Yuhuan Decoction combined with Kaiyu acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal depression. Methods A total of 150 patients with menopausal depression in our hospital from April 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into 3 groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen. Observation group 1 was treated with Kaiyu acupuncture while taking flupentixol and melitracen. Observation group 2 was treated with Chaishao Yuhuan Decoction combined with Kaiyu acupuncture. All 3 groups were treated for 8 weeks. The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the 3 groups were observed. Hamilton Self⁃ rating Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Self ⁃ rating Depression Scale(HAMD),Menopause Clinical Symptom Survey(Kupperman),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to assess the treatment effect and serum Luteinizing Hormone(LH),Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH),Estradiol(E2),miR ⁃155 and miR ⁃ 146a levels were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation groups was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of each scale,LH,FSH miR⁃155 and miR⁃146a in observation group 2 were lower than those in observation group 1 and control group,but E2 was higher. At the same time,the improvement of the above indexes in observation group 1 were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects among the three groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Chaishao Yuhuan Decoction combined with Kaiyu acu⁃ puncture is safe and effective for relieving the symptoms of menopausal depression,and regulating the expression of miR⁃155 and miR⁃146a.

Objective To design an auxiliary device for lateral position management of neonatal peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture and examine its effect on occurrence of complications in NICU infants. Methods One hundred and thirty ⁃two newborns were randomly assigned as the study group and another 132 newborns as the control group,the two groups compared in regard to premature and term newborns. In the study group,the self⁃designed device was used to adjust the position of the limb on the side of the puncture immediately after the venous indwelling needle puncture,and in the control group no position adjustment was done. The duration of venous catheter indwelling,the complications and related adverse events were compared. Results There were significant differences in oozing at the puncture point,phlebitis,dressing loose,poor infusion and catheter indwelling duration between the term newborns of the two groups(P < 0.05),while between the premature neonates of the two groups,there were significant differences in oozing at the puncture point,phlebitis,poor infusion due to joint flexion,and catheter indwelling duration(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in dressing loosening between the two groups(P > 0.05). No adverse events except phlebitis occurred in both groups. Conclusion The device with joint extension belt designed for assisting the postural management of neonates after intravenous cathe⁃ terization is good for the posture adjustment as well as for the fixation and adjustment of the joints,which provides multiple safety guarantees for the neonates.

As a result,reducing the risk of onset has become an important research focus. According to some studies,there is a link between dietary diversity and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome. This paper sum⁃ marizes the relationship between dietary diversity and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome,with the goal of deter⁃ mining whether dietary diversity can reduce the onset risk of metabolic syndrome and serve as a reference for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Intraspinal analgesia is recommended for labor analgesia,which has advantages of extending epidural analgesia for intrapartum cesarean section. However,it has many problems in clinical practice,such as epidural catheter migration,failure to conversion of epidural labor analgesia and the inability to perform epidural anesthesia due to obstetric emergency.
