Abstract:

Cervical cancer remains a serious public health problem in developing countries, including China. The prevention and control of cervical cancer requires not only the vaccination of HPV vaccine, but also a scientific, effective and accurate screening strategy. The screening strategy of cervical cancer has been continuously changed and optimized in the past 30 years, and its screening methods, start time, time interval, end time, etc. are constantly being explored and studied, with the transition from cytology⁃based screening to HPV testing⁃based screening gradually. Reviewing the historical changes of cervical cancer screening strategies in an all ⁃ round way, thinking deeply about the key issues in the screening process, and summarizing screening experience and deficiencies have important theoretical significance and clinical guiding role in regulating cervical cancer screening in China.
