Abstract:

Schizophrenia(SZ)is a common, chronic and severe of mental disorder. It is generally believed that schizophrenia is caused by both genetic factors and environmental factors, and the genetic effect is more promi⁃ nent. Long non⁃coding RNA(lnc RNA)is involved in the regulation of gene expression level, which is closely related to schizophrenia. In this paper, the biological characteristics of lncRNA,lncRNA and the occurrence development, clinical symptoms and treatment of schizophrenia were reviewed.
