Abstract:

The incidence of prostate cancer(PC)shows a significant upward trend worldwide, and the prognosis in patients with PC has been paid more and more attention to. At present, assessing the prognosis in patients mainly bases on PSA,GS and TNM stages, but for patients with the same stratification, there is a significant difference in prognosis. It is necessary to find new prognostic markers to further stratify the patients and establish Nomograph for prognosis,so as to achieve the purpose of convenient and accurate prognosis prediction, guide individual treatment and improve the prognosis in patients. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress on the influences of tumor(GS and GG,IDC ⁃ P,CTC,and Ki ⁃ 67)and molecular biology(non ⁃ coding RNA mRNA,and DNA)on the prognosis in patients with prostate cancer,in order to provide theoretical support for the establishment of risk stratification and prognosis Nomograph in patients with PC.
