Abstract:

Objective To investigate the frozen⁃thawed embryo transfer(F⁃ET)outcomes of the patients with repeated embryo implantation failure(RIF)after intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DexSPI). Methods RIF patients who received F⁃ET again in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were assigned into DexSPI group and control, and the former received intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate on the day of endometrial transformation, while the later did not receive intrauterine injection on the same time. The clinical outcomes were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in DexSPI group were significantly higher than those in the control group(clini⁃ cal pregnancy rate 47.62% vs. 26.51%,embryo implantation rate 38.46% vs. 21.24%)(P < 0.05),no significant difference in early abortion rate. Conclusion Intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate may im⁃ prove the F⁃ET outcomes of the patients with RIF.
