Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjiao Regular Sequence Therapy on chronic heartfailure and its effect on neuroendocrine hormone activity. Methods In January 2019 ⁃ January 2020 at the recordsof 200 patients with CHF，multicenter randomized allocation scheme were divided into control group（n = 100 cases，with regular treatment）and treatment group（n = 100 cases，Sanjiao Regular Sequence Therapy based on the controlgroup），LHFQ score，6 min walking distance test（6 MWT），left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF），brainnatriuretic peptide precursor（NT⁃proBNP），angiotensin Ⅱ（AngⅡ）level before treatment and after treatmentwere compared between two groups，and the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral of the two groups wereassessed. Results The effective rate was 82.00% in the treatment group and 68.00% in the control group，and thedifference between the groups was statistically significant（Z = 2.439，P < 0.05）. After treatment，the LHFQscore，nt⁃probnp and ang⁃ii in the two groups decreased（P < 0.05），and the LHFQ score，NT⁃proBNP and ang⁃iiin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05），and the LVEF in the 6 min walkingdistance and LVEF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chronic heart failure with three⁃focal therapy has a significant effect ，which can significantlyimprove the quality of life，increase the exercise tolerance，reduce the activities of NT⁃proBNP，Ang⁃Ⅱ and otherneuroendocrine hormones，inhibit ventricular remodeling，and promote the improvement of cardiac function.
