Comparativestudyof color doppler ultrasound and MRI combined with myocardial injury markers in the diagnosis of left ventricular aneurysmin myocardial infarction

Abstract:

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of Color Doppler Ultrasound and MRI combinedwith myocardial injury markers in left ventricular aneurysm(LVA)in myocardial infarction. Methods The Colordoppler Ultrasound andMRI data of 30 suspected LVApatients from Jan 2019 to Jan 2020 were collected,the diag⁃nostic value of LVA was compared with pathological results according to the results of myocardial injury markers.Results The positive rate of LVA and LVA distribution by Color Doppler Ultrasound and MRI was100.00%,thedifference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),the detection rate of Color Doppler Ultrasound and MRIcontradictory movement area was not significantly different(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in theaccuracy of Color Doppler Ultrasound and MRI diagnosis of true LVA(P > 0.05),and there was no significantdifference between CK⁃MB and cTnIt in the diagnosis of true LVA and false LVA(P > 0.05);The value of D⁃dimer(D⁃D)in true LVA were higher than those in false LVA(P < 0.05). Conclusion Both Color Doppler Ultrasoun⁃dand MRI have diagnostic value in diagnosis of LVA,Color Doppler Ultrasoundcan be used as the first choice fordiagnosis,MRI can be used as a supplementary examination method;D⁃D is beneficial to the differential dignosisof true LVA and false LVA.
