摘要:

脑缺血/再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)损伤是继发于缺血性脑卒中的一种脑组织损伤,具有较高的致死致残率。长链非编码RNAs(long non⁃coding RNAs,lncRNAs)是一类能够在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平对基因表达进行调控的非编码RNAs。LncRNAs能作为微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)的内源 性海绵来吸附并抑制miRNAs的表达,从而抑制miRNAs对mRNAs的负性调控作用。大量研究发现,lncRNAs⁃ miRNAs⁃mRNAs调控轴参与了脑I/R损伤的病理过程,本文通过对lncRNAs⁃miRNAs⁃mRNAs调控轴在脑I/R 伤机制中的作用研究进行综述,以加深对lncRNAs和miRNAs在治疗缺血性脑血管病中作用机制的认识。

Abstract:

Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury secondary to ischemic stroke is associated with a high mortality and disability. Long non⁃coding RNAs(lncRNAs),one of non⁃coding RNAs,can regulate gene expression at the epigenetic ,transcriptional and post ⁃transcriptional levels. Acting as endogenous sponges of microRNAs(miRNAs),it can inhibit the negative regulation of miRNAs on mRNAs by suppressing the expression of miRNAs,which functions as a regulatory axis in mechanism. Numerous studies have found that the lncRNAs ⁃ miRNAs ⁃mRNAs regulatory axis is involved in the pathological process of cerebral I/R injury. This paper reviews the research advances in the role of the axis in cerebral I/R,and looks into the mechanism of lncRNAs and miR⁃ NAs in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
