摘要:

术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)是外科手术后出现的一种并发 症,主要表现为精神错乱、焦虑、人格的改变以及记忆受损。POCD 的确切发病机制尚不清楚,目前认为中 枢神经炎症、氧化应激、细胞凋亡是导致 POCD 的主要原因。非编码 RNA(non⁃coding RNA,ncRNA)是一 类不具备蛋白编码功能、但对基因的转录和翻译起调控作用的基因转录产物,主要包括微小 RNA、长链非 编码 RNA、环状 RNA。近年来研究发现,非编码 RNA 广泛参与了 POCD 的发病过程。本综述总结了非编 RNA 在术后认知功能障碍发病中的研究进展,以期为POCD 的防治提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is a complication after surgery,with main manifes⁃ tations of mental disorder,anxiety,personality changes and memory impairment. But the exact pathogenesis of POCD is not clear. At present,it is considered that central neuro⁃inflammation,oxidative stress and apoptosis are the main causes of POCD. Noncoding RNA(ncRNA)is a kind of gene transcripts that does not have protein coding function but regulate gene transcription and translation,mainly including microRNA,long noncoding RNA and circular RNA. In recent years,studies have found that noncoding RNA is widely involved in the pathogenesis of POCD. In this review,we have summarized the research progress of noncoding RNA in the pathogenesis of postop⁃ erative cognitive dysfunction,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of POCD.
