摘要:

胞外囊泡(EVs)是一类由细胞释放到细胞外环境中的具有脂质双层膜结构的囊泡样物质的 统称。骨髓瘤(MM)是一种以骨髓中克隆性浆细胞异常增殖为特征的恶性血液系统肿瘤。EVs 作为一种 细胞间信号交流的媒介,在 MM 细胞和骨髓微环境之间相互作用,促进了疾病的发生发展。本文介绍了 EVs 的生物学特性及其对 MM 患者发生免疫抑制、远处转移、骨质破坏和药物耐受的重要影响,并重点阐 述了 EVs 作为一种新型液体活检标志物在 MM 诊断和预后监测方面的最新进展,为 EVs MM 这一疾病 中的后续更为深入的研究提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Extracellular vesicle(EVs)is a kind of vesicle⁃like substance with lipid bilayer structure released by cells into the extracellular environment. Myeloma(MM)is a malignant hematological tumor characterized by abnormal proliferation of clonal plasma cells in bone marrow. As a medium of signal communication between cells,EVs interacts between MM cells and bone marrow microenvironment,which promotes the occurrence and development of the disease. This paper introduces the biological characteristics of EVs and its important effects on immunosuppression,distant metastasis,bone destruction and drug tolerance in patients with MM,and focuses on the latest progress of EVs as a new liquid biopsy marker in the diagnosis and prognosis monitoring of MM,which provides a theoretical basis for further study of EVs in MM.
