Abstract:

Objective To study the risk factors of recurrence of primary membranous nephropathy (PMN),and to reduce the possibility of progression to end⁃stage renal disease. Method PMN patients diagnosed by renal biopsy in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into recurrent group and non⁃recurrent group. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that hypertension and high uric acid were independent risk factors for the recurrence of PMN. Conclusion The main risk factors of the recurrence of PMN are hypertension and hyperuricemia. Relapses occur in the context of drug reduction, withdrawal, and infection.
