Abstract:

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the most common carcinoma in gut. The incidence and mortality of CRC are increasing gradually every year with the changes of people′s life style, but the underlying mechanism is still not completely elucidated. The poor prognosis is due to its high rates of recurrence and metastasis. miR ⁃ 124 has been confirmed to play a vital role in the pathogenesis of CRC. In this review,we summarize the upstream mol⁃ ecules and downstream target genes of miR⁃124,and we also discuss the potential target therapy for miR⁃124
