Analysis of diagnostic value of C ⁃TIRADS,CEUS and BRAFV600E gene in TBSRTC class Ⅲ thyroid nod⁃ ules

Abstract:

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of China Ultrasound Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System,CEUS and BRAFV600E gene in Thyroid Cytopathology Reporting System classⅢthyroid nodules. Methods A total of 120 cases of thyroid nodules with preoperative cytopathological diagnosis of TBSRTC classⅢ and postoperative pathology were selected. To compare the diagnostic efficacy of the three methods alone or in com⁃ bination,CEUS,BRAFV600E gene,and ultrasound C⁃TIRADS grading were performed. Results Single diagnostic method:C⁃TIRADS has higher sensitivity and accuracy than CEUS(P < 0.05)and BRAFV600EP > 0.05);BRAFV600E has higher specificity than C⁃TIRADS and CEUS(P < 0.05);Combined diagnosis:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of C⁃TIRADS+BRAFV600E were higher than those of C⁃TIRADS+CEUS and CEUS+BRAFV600EP < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through the use of C ⁃ TIRADS and the BRAFV600E gene,the diagnostic coincidence rate of benign and malignant TBSRTC class Ⅲ nodules is increased.
