摘要:
硒是人体必需的一种微量元素,在维持细胞氧化还原平衡、代谢等方面发挥作用;近年来,我国人群血脂异常的患病率明显增加,而硒蛋白能催化并清除脂质过氧化物,因此,硒被认为在脂代谢中起着重要作用。本文拟从横断面、队列及随机对照三类人群研究入手,来探讨硒营养水平与血脂异常的关系,为进一步研究提供参考。
