精神分裂症患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子2、瞬时受体电位通道1水平与精神症状的相关性

Correlation between serum FGF2,TRPC1 levels and psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia

摘要:

目的 探讨成纤维细胞生长因子 2(FGF2)、瞬时受体电位通道 1(TRPC1)在精神分裂症患 者中的表达及与精神症状的相关性。方法 选取 2019 年 7 月至 2022 年 6 月医院收治的 200 例精神分裂 症患者和进行健康体检的正常人群 200 例分别设为观察组和对照组。收集一般资料,采用酶联免疫吸 附法检测血清中 FGF2 表达水平;采用 WD⁃3000 全自动血液分析仪和免疫比色法检测 TRPC1 水平;采用 阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价精神症状;Pearson 法分析 FGF2、TRPC1 与精神症状指标的相关性。利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清 FGF2、TRPC1 水平对精神分裂症的诊断价值。结果 观察组患 者血清中 TRPC1 表达水平均低于对照组,FGF2 表达水平高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组患者总 PANSS 评分、阳性评分、阴性评分、一般症状评分均高于对照组(P < 0.05);精神分裂症患者血清 FGF2 表达与总 PANSS 评分、阳性评分、阴性评分、一般症状评分均呈正相关,TRPC1 表达与总 PANSS 评分、阳性评分、 阴性评分、一般症状评分均呈负相关(P < 0.05)。血清 FGF2、TRPC1 水平预测精神分裂症患者的 ROC 曲线下面积(AUC)分别为 0.928、0.911,对应的敏感度分别为 84.00%、89.50%,特异度分别为 89.00%、 86.50% ;两者联合检测精神分裂症患者的 AUC 为 0.969,敏感度和特异度分别为 94.50% 、90.00% 。 结论 精神分裂症患者血清 FGF2 水平明显升高,TRPC1 水平明显降低,血清 FGF2、TRPC1 水平与患者 的精神症状密切相关。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)and transient receptor potential channel 1(TRPC1)in patients with schizophrenia and their correlation with psychiatric symptoms. Methods A total of 200 schizophrenic patients admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 and 200 normal people who underwent physical examination were selected as the observation group and control group,respectively. General data were collected and serum FGF2 expression levels were detected by enzyme ⁃linked immunosorbent assay. The TRPC1 level was detected by WD ⁃3000 automatic hematology analyzer and immunocolorimetry. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate psychiatric symptoms. The correlation between FGF2,TRPC1 and psychiatric symptoms was analyzed by Pearson method. The diagnostic value of serum FGF2 and TRPC1 levels in schizophrenia was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results The expression level of TRPC1 in serum of observation group was lower than that of control group ,and the expression level of FGF2 was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);The total PANSS score,positive score,negative score and general symptom score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05);serum FGF2 expression in patients with schizophrenia was positively correlated with total PANSS score,positive score, negative score and general symptom score,while TRPC1 expression was negatively correlated with total PANSS score,positive score,negative score and general symptom score(P < 0.05). The area under the ROC curve(AUC) of serum FGF2 and TRPC1 levels in predicting schizophrenia patients was 0.928 and 0.911,respectively,the corresponding sensitivity was 84.00% and 89.50%,and the specificity was 89.00% and 86.50%,respectively;the AUC of the two combined detection of schizophrenia patients was 0.969,and the sensitivity and specificity were 94.50% and 90.00%,respectively. Conclusion The serum level of FGF2 and TRPC1 in patients with schizophrenia is significantly increased,and the serum levels of FGF2 and TRPC1 are closely related to the psychiatric symptoms of patients.
