摘要:

精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SZ)是一种常见的、慢性的、严重的精神障碍。目前研究普遍认 为精神分裂症是由遗传因素和环境因素共同引起,且遗传作用更突出。长链非编码 RNA(long non⁃coding RNA,lncRNA)参与基因表达水平的调控,与精神分裂症密切相关。本文就 lncRNA 的生物学特征、ln⁃ cRNA 与精神分裂症发生发展、临床症状以及治疗上的联系进行综述。

Abstract:

Schizophrenia(SZ)is a common,chronic and severe of mental disorder. It is generally believed that schizophrenia is caused by both genetic factors and environmental factors,and the genetic effect is more promi⁃ nent. Long non⁃coding RNA(lnc RNA)is involved in the regulation of gene expression level,which is closely related to schizophrenia. In this paper,the biological characteristics of lncRNA,lncRNA and the occurrence development,clinical symptoms and treatment of schizophrenia were reviewed.
