摘要:

线粒体质量控制系统是真核细胞维持线粒体稳态与功能的关键机制。心肌细胞是心肌组 织的主要组分,其正常舒缩和电生理的维持高度依赖于线粒体能量代谢途径。新近研究表明,心脏衰老 与心肌细胞内线粒体广泛损伤及功能障碍密切相关,因此,心肌线粒体质量控制系统失衡可能是导致心 脏衰老的关键环节。本文概述了线粒体质量控制机制与心脏衰老的潜在联系,并就其最新研究进展及基 于线粒体质量控制途径的心脏衰老干预策略展开综述。

Abstract:

Mitochondrial quality control system is a key mechanism for maintaining mitochondrial homeo⁃ stasis and function in eukaryotic cells. Cardiomyocytes are the main components of myocardial tissue,and their nor⁃ mal relaxation,contraction,and electrophysiological maintenance are highly dependent on mitochondrial energy metabolism pathway. Recent studies have shown that cardiac senescence is closely related to extensive mitochondri⁃ al damage and dysfunction in cardiomyocytes. Therefore,an imbalance of myocardial mitochondrial quality control system may be a key link leading to cardiac senescence. This article summarizes the potential relationship between mitochondrial quality control mechanism and cardiac aging,and reviews the latest research progress and interven⁃ tion strategies for cardiac aging based on mitochondrial quality control pathway.
