摘要:
瞬时受体电位香草素亚型1(TRPV1)是一种非选择性阳离子通道,广泛分布于胃肠道感觉神经纤维和非神经元细胞中,在介导腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)内脏高敏感中扮演重要角色。针刺通过活化穴区处TRPV1受体,促进体表物理刺激转化为体内化学信号,协同神经、内分泌、免疫等系统,以多机制、多通路抑制内脏TRPV1表达,临床治疗IBS-D效果显著。本文从TRPV1与脑肠轴失衡、肠道低度炎症、肠道菌群失衡的关系等方面,对TRPV1在IBS-D内脏高敏感中的机制进行综述,梳理针刺靶向TRPV1治疗IBS-D的研究现状,以期为针刺治疗功能性疾病提供科学依据和临床思路。
