结肠类器官培养体系的构建研究进展

Abstract

Abstract:

Colonic organoids are cultured in vitro from pluripotent stem cells or intestinal stem cells， which can effectively mimic the morphology and physiological functions of colon tissue， providing an effective in vitro model for the study of various colon diseases. This paper reviews the construction and initial investigation of the culture system of colonic organoids， aiming to provide a reference for researchers related to colonic organoids.
