Abstract:
Lung ischemia reperfusion injury(LIRI)refers to the aggravation of lung tissue injury after lung perfusion is restored on the basis of lung ischemia caused by various reasons, with high morbidity and mortality. In the inflammatory response of lung tissue caused by LIRI,there are changes in autophagy activity according to the different characteristics and development stages of the disease. Therefore,in⁃depth study of the relationship between autophagy and inflammation is of great significance for maintaining autophagy homeostasis and improving lung injury caused by ischemia⁃reperfusion. This paper reviews the regulatory mechanisms of inflammation, autoph⁃ agy and their interaction on LIRI,aiming to provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of LIRI.
Key words: lung ischemia reperfusion injury, inflammation, autophagy, lung protection
