Abstract:

Objective To observe the influences of Bacillus cereus on proliferation and migration of oral squamous cell carcinoma, and investigate the mechanism. Methods CCK8 detected the proliferation of SCC ⁃25 infected by Bacillus. The migration and invasion of SCC25 treated by Bacillus was detected by scratch experiment. The intracellular expression of NF⁃ κB signaling pathway was detected by western blot. Results Compared with control group, the proliferation, migration and invasion of SCC⁃25 were significant declined(P < 0.05). And the activity of SCC⁃25 was increased when treated with NF⁃ κB inhibitor(P < 0.05). The western blot showed that SCC⁃25 infected by Bacillus was contributed to the increasing expression of pP65、pIκBα and IKKγ,and the acti⁃ vation of NF⁃κB pathway. Conclusion Bacillus cereus may inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of oral squamous cell carcinoma through NF⁃κB signaling pathway.
