Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of recur⁃ rent systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 152 cases of recurrent SLE were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment of SLE，and the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang granule. After 12 weeks of treatment，clinical efficacy，the positive rate of ANA titer，24 h Upro level，serum inflammatory factors，cellular immune function and SLEDAI score were compared. The recurrence rate of SLE in two groups was compared after 6 months of follow ⁃up. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）；After treatment，the positive rate of ANA titer，24 h Upro and serum IL⁃10 level in the observation groupwere significantly lower than the control group；The IL⁃2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（all P < 0.05）. After treatment，CD3+，CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the observation group were higher than before treatment and control group（all P < 0.05）. After treatment，SLEDAI scores of the two groups were decreased，and the observation group was significantly lower than control group（all P < 0.05）. After 6 months of follow⁃up，the recurrence rate of SLE in the observation group was lower than control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Huaiqihuang granule adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy，reduce systemic inflammatory response，improve immune function，reduce SLE activity，and have low recurrence rate，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
