摘要:

白细胞介素⁃22(interleukin⁃22,IL⁃22),由CD4+ T细胞亚群产生,具有宿主防御和保护上皮的功能。IL⁃22是一种促炎细胞因子,在哮喘气道炎症中发挥重要作用。同时,IL⁃22可加剧上皮下纤维化、促进上皮间质转化(EMT)、黏液分泌增加、气道平滑肌增生和肥大,从而加重哮喘的气道重塑。IL⁃22作为一种促炎和促纤维因子,在哮喘的气道重塑中的具体机制目前尚不明确,本文就IL⁃22在哮喘气道重塑中的作用展开综述。

Abstract:

Interleukin⁃22IL⁃22),produced by the CD4 + T cell subpopulationplays a role in host defense and epithelial protection. As a pro⁃inflammatory cytokineIL⁃22 plays an important role in airway inflam⁃ mation in asthma. MeanwhileIL ⁃22 can aggravate subepithelial fibrosispromote EMTincrease mucus secre⁃ tionand hyperplasia and hypertrophy of airway smooth musclethus aggravating airway remodeling in asthma. As a pro⁃inflammatory and pro⁃fibrogenic factorthe specific mechanism of IL⁃22 in airway remodeling in asthma is still unclear. This article reviews the role of IL⁃22 in airway remodeling in asthma.
