摘要:

气道重塑是一个复杂不可逆的进行性结构改变,影响气道重塑的因素有很多,IL⁃17A 是气道重塑的危险因素之一,IL⁃17A 是 Th17 细胞分泌的具有促炎及促纤维化功能的细胞因子。以气道纤维化为特征的气道重塑中存在自噬缺陷,PI3K/Akt/mTOR 信号通路参与自噬的调节。因此本文从气道炎症、气道上皮间充质转化、气道结构细胞以及 PI3K/Akt/mTOR 信号通路几个方面讨论 IL⁃17A 在气道重塑中的研究进展。

Abstract:

Airway remodeling is a complex irreversible progressive structural change,and there are many factors affecting airway remodeling. IL⁃17A is one of the risk factors for airway remodeling. IL⁃17A is a cytokine secreted by Th17 cells with pro⁃inflammatory and pro⁃fibrotic functions. Autophagy defects exist in airway remodeling characterized by airway fibrosis,and the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway is involved in autophagy regulation. Therefore,the paper discusses the research progress of IL⁃17A in airway remodeling from the aspects of airway inflammation,airway epithelial mesenchymal transformation,airway structural cells and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.
