广州市城镇职工睡眠时长与高尿酸血症患病风险的关系研究

摘要:

目的 探究广州市城镇职工睡眠时长与高尿酸血症患病风险之间的关系。方法 采用方便抽样方法选取于 2019 年 6 月至 2020 年 6 月参加广州市某三甲医院健康管理中心健康体检的 9 000 名职工人群,使用调查问卷采集人口学特征以及生活方式等指标,采用 logistic 回归分析睡眠时长与高尿酸血症患病风险之间的关系。结果 广州市城镇职工高尿酸血症检出率为 42.60%,男性为 55.60%,女性为22.21%。Logistic 回归分析显示,校正了人口学资料、生活方式以及代谢危险因素后,不同性别午间睡眠时长对高尿酸血症发生的影响均有统计学意义(P < 0.05);通过额外校正血肌酐因素后,午间睡眠时长与高尿酸血症的相关性有所减弱。在夜间睡眠时长与高尿酸血症风险的 logistic 分析中,尚未发现两者之间的关系。结论 无论男性还是女性,午间睡眠时长与高尿酸血症的患病风险呈正相关,过长的午间睡眠时长(≥ 30 min)会增加高尿酸血症的患病风险。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the association of daily sleep duration with the risk of hyperuricemia among urban workers in Guangzhou. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 9,000 workers who attended physical examination in the health management center of a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from June 2019 to June 2020. Questionnaires were used to collect data on demographics and lifestyle,and logistic regression was used to analyze the association of daily nap duration with the risk of hyperuricemia. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia among urban workers in Guangzhou was 42.60%,with 55.60% in males and 22.21% in females. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for demographic data,lifestyle,and metabolic risk factors,the daytime nap duration was associated with the risk of hyperuricemia by gender(P < 0.05). The association was moderately attenuated with additionally adjusted for serum creatinine. No correlation between noc⁃ turnal sleep duration and risk of hyperuricemia was noted. Conclusion Whether male or female,longer daytime nap duration was associated with hyperuricemia risk.
