摘要:
随着脊柱微创技术的飞速进步与可视化理念的日益成熟,脊柱内镜下椎间孔入路腰椎间盘切除术已成为手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主要手段。其中,椎间孔成形作为手术的关键前置步骤,其操作质量直接影响手术的疗效及患者术后复发率。该文全面回顾椎间孔成形技术理念发展,探讨成形部位选择与应用,分析影响腰椎椎间孔成形术后稳定性的因素,并介绍计算机辅助导航的最新进展,旨在为临床医师提供参考。
