摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨长链非编码linc00511在卵巢癌中的表达、临床意义及与预后的相关性。方法收集我院手术切除的卵巢癌（癌组）和癌旁正常组织（正常组）标本各80例,应用荧光定量PCR检测linc00511在癌组和正常组中的表达水平,分析linc00511表达水平与卵巢癌临床病理特征之间的关系,应用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,分期其与病变预后之间的相关性,并建立Cox回归模型分析影响卵巢癌患者预后的因素。结果 linc00511在癌组中的表达水平（3.22 ± 1.27）明显高于其在正常组中的表达（1.20 ± 0.91）,差异具有明显统计学意义（P < 0.001）;linc00511的高表达与肿瘤的分化程度呈正相关（P = 0.011）、与FIGO分期呈正相关（P = 0.002）、与淋巴结转移呈正相关（P < 0.001）、与CA125（+）呈正相关（P < 0.001）;Kaplan-Meier分析显示,linc00511表达与卵巢癌患者预后和生存明显相关（P = 0.011）,且Cox回归模型证实linc00511是卵巢癌预后的独立影响因素。结论 linc00511在卵巢癌中的表达水平较高,与临床病理特征及预后关系密切,可作为卵巢癌潜在的分子生物学标记物。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression, clinical signification and prognostic analysis of linc00511 in ovarian cancer tissues. Methods 80 cases of ovarian cancer tissues and 80 cases of normal adjacent tissues were selected. Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction were used to detect the expression level of linc00511.The relationship between the expression level of linc00511 and the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer was analyzed. Meanwhile, the correlation between the expression of linc00511 and survival was analyzed, and Cox regression model was established to analyze the independentprognostic factors. Results The Results showed that the expression levels of linc00511 in cancer tissues（3.22 ±; 1.27） was higher than that in normal tissues （1.20 ±; 0.91）. There was significantly differences （P <; 0.001）. The high expression of linc00511 was positively correlated with differentiation degree （P = 0.011）, FIGO stage （P = 0.002）, lymphatic metastasis （P <; 0.001）, and CA125（+）（P <; 0.001）. Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that high expression of linc00511 was significantly correlated with the prognosis and survival of ovarian cancer（P = 0.011） and the cox regression model showed that linc00511 was independent prognostic factors for ovarian cancer. Conclusion Our study suggested that increased linc00511 expression maybeidentified as a potential poor prognostic biomarker in ovarian cancer.
