Objective To observe the clinical effect of radiofrequency acupotomy combined with ozoneinjection for the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis. Methods 90 cases of KOA from January 2020 to March 2021were selected and randomly divided into control group（45 cases）and treatment group（45 cases）. The controlgroup of patients were treated by acupotomy and the treatment group of patients were treated by radiofrequencyacupotomy combined with ozone injection. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. The VAS scores，WOMAC scores and Lequesnse index and serum inflammatory factors in two groups before and after treatment werecompared. Results After treatment，the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.22% and93.33%.The effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group（P < 0.05）. The VAS scores，WOMACscores and Lequesnse index in two groups were significantly decreased（P < 0.05）. The VAS scores and WOMACscores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. The levels of TNF⁃α，IL⁃1β and hs⁃CRP in two groups were significantly decreased（P < 0.05）. All the above⁃mentioned indices intreatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Radiofrequencyacupotomy combined with ozone injection has curative effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis，which can signifi⁃cantly improve the knee function and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
