Objective To investigate the factors affecting the positive duration of SARS⁃CoV⁃2 antibody in patients with COVID ⁃ 19.Methods A retrospective analysis was made among 43 patients with COVID ⁃ 19 who were followed up for more than 6 months in our hospital from January 21 to October 25，2020. The clinical charac⁃ teristics were compared between those patients with antibody negative test results and those with persistent positive test results after 6 months of follow⁃up. Results After follow⁃up of over 6 months，both SARS⁃CoV⁃2 IgM and IgG tested negative in 10 patients，taking up 25.6%. The patients tested persistently positive were characterized by old age，lower lymphocyte count and higher incidence rate of fever（P < 0.05）. Multivariate regression analysis showed that lower lymphocyte count and fever were independently related to the persistent antibody positive test resultsfor more than 6 months.
