The past decade witnessed important advances in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer and several new drugs have been approved with significant overall survival benefits for metastatic caste ⁃ resistant pros⁃ tate cancer，including docetaxel andcapbazitazidefor chemotherapy and abiraterone andnzalulamidefor hormone therapy and there were targeted therapy，and immunotherapy as well.Compared with hormone therapy alone，che⁃ motherapy and radiotherapy combined with androgen deprivation therapy yielded significant overall survival benefits. The appropriate treatment sequence of these therapies is important to maximize the clinical benefits of patients with sensitive and resistant castration. New treatments are also being explored.
