Drug ⁃induced liver injury（DILI）is one of the most common and serious adverse drug reac⁃ tions，which is difficult to diagnose clinically due to the lack of specific markers. Many studies have reported that miR⁃122 is a potential biomarker of hepatotoxicity. Therefore，this paper describes the temporal changes of miR⁃ 122 expression in DILI，the correlation between miR ⁃122 and the liver regeneration and repair process of DILI， and the correspondence between miR⁃122 expression level and the degree of liver histopathological damage，aiming to summarize the dynamic expression pattern of miR⁃122.
