Abstract

Butorphanol tartrate is an agitated antagonist of opioid receptor. It has been widely used in clinical anesthesia for its good analgesic and sedative effect，low incidence of nausea and vomiting，andhigh postoperative comfort.This article reviews the clinical application of butorphanol tartrate in advanced analgesia，anesthesia induc⁃tion period，recovery period，painless delivery，and comfort medical treatment，providing reference for clinical medication
