Primary Biliary Cholangitis（PBC）is autoimmune cholestatic liver disease of unknown etiology，refractory pruritus and severe hyperbilirubinemia often occur in some patients，currently，drug therapy is limited，late complications and poor prognosis，seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Non⁃bioartificial liver treatmentmodel，which can temporarily replace part of liver function，are widely used in clinical practice. However，thereare few studies on the application of non⁃biological artificial liver in the treatment of PBC patients. The researchprogress in recent years are summarized as follows.
