Abstract:

Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of improved technique of incision suture and drainage tube fixation in single ⁃port video ⁃assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients who underwent single⁃port video⁃assisted thoracoscopic surgery from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital. According to different incision suture techniques,we divided them into observation group and control group. Results There were no statistically significant differences in wound infection rate re⁃sewing rate and pleural fluid outflow rate between the two groups. The VAS and BCS of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P = 0.022,0.041),and the suture removal time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.001). All scar scores(VSS,POSAS,SCAR)in the observation group were better than those in the control group one month after the surgery(all P < 0.001),and patient satisfaction rate was higher than the control group(P = 0.026). Conclusion The continuous incision suture with absorbable thread is safe and feasible for single⁃port video⁃assisted thoracoscopic surgery, which realizes the organic combination of minimally invasive and aesthetics, and is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation and the improvement of
