Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tenolysis combined with platelet ⁃ rich plasma (PRP)in the treatment of tenosynovitis with radial stem stenosis. Methods Seventy patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and observation groups equally according to random number table. All patients underwent tenolysis. The observation group was treated with PRP injection. The two groups were compared in terms of the total treatment efficiency, adverse reactions and recurrence, and the visual simulated pain score(VAS),Quinnell score, arm, shoulder and hand disability score(DASH),Cooney wrist function score and wrist foot partial activity before operation, right after operation and 2,4,8,and 6 months after operation. Results There were no significant differences in the visual simulation scores before operation, right, week 2 and 4 after operation, preoperative Quinnell score and DASH,preoperative Cooney wrist function score and wrist foot partial activity, postoperative adverse reactions and relapse between the groups(> 0.05),The VAS week 6,8 after operation, postoperative Quinnell score,DASH score, postoperative Cooney wrist function score and wrist ruler partial activity, and total treatment efficiency in the observation group were significantly differ⁃ ent when compared with the control group(< 0.05). Conclusion Tenolysis combined with PRP is effective in treating stenosis. It can significantly shorten the recovery time of wrist function and improve the treatment effect.
