摘要:

生物电阻抗分析(bioelectrical impedance analysis,BIA)是一种简单、客观、无创且快速的评估人体成分的方法。其测定的相位角(phase angle,PA)可以反映患者的营养状况,国际肾脏营养与代谢协会建议对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者定期进行 BIA 检测以便于早期发现合并营养不良的患者并采取预防措施。本文就生物电阻抗测定的相位角在MHD患者营养状况评估中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA)is a simple,objective,noninvasive and rapid method to evaluate human body composition. The measured phase angle can be used to evaluate the nutritional status of patients. The International Society of Renal Nutrition and Metabolism recommends that patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)can be measured regularly for BIA,to assess nutritional status and take preventive measures. This paper reviews the research progress of bioelectrical impedance phase angle in the evaluation of nutritional status of MHD patients.
