摘要:

糖尿病足溃疡是由长期严重的糖尿病导致的常见并发症,其发病机制尚在研究当中。近年来,探索糖尿病足溃疡创面修复机制成为研究热点,但是目前相关机制研究仍较少,笔者通过阅读国内外对糖尿病足溃疡创面修复机制的研究进展进行总结,包括外泌体(exosomes,Exos)、Notch、NF⁃κB、Wnt/β⁃catenin、MAPK 等,旨在为糖尿病足溃疡创面的治疗及其机制研究提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Diabetic foot ulcer is a common complication caused by long⁃term severe diabetes,its pathogen⁃esis is still in the study,in recent years,to explore the mechanism of diabetic foot ulcer wound repair become research hot spots,but the mechanism still is less,the author through reading of diabetic foot ulcer wound repair mechanism at home and abroad,summarized the research progress of Including Exosomes(Exos),Nocth,NF⁃κB,Wnt/β⁃catenin,MAPK,etc.,aiming to provide a new idea for the treatment and mechanism of diabetic foot ulcer wounds.
