摘要:

心脏淀粉样变性(cardiac amyloidosis, CA)是一种由错误折叠的淀粉样蛋白在心肌细胞外沉积引起的心肌病。CA与较高的心房颤动(atrial fibrillation, AF)患病率相关,心肌淀粉样蛋白浸润可通过血流动力学改变、心室壁应激增加、心房淀粉样沉积及自主神经功能障碍等机制促进心房电重构和结构重构,导致AF的发生和发展。目前,CA在AF发病中的作用机制尚未阐明。因此,探讨CA与AF的关系及可能发病机制,有助于加深对此类患者的认知,并为临床防治提供参考。

Abstract:

Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is a myocardial disease caused by extracellular deposition of misfolded amyloid proteins in the myocardium. CA is associated with a higher prevalence of atrial fibrillation (AF), and myocardial amyloid infiltration can contribute to atrial electrical and structural remodeling through hemodynamic changes, increased ventricular wall stress, atrial amyloid deposition, and autonomic dysfunction, leading to the development and progression of AF. At present, the mechanism of CA in the pathogenesis of AF has not been elucidated. Therefore, exploring the relationship between CA and AF and the possible pathogenesis will help to deepen the knowledge of such patients and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.
