结直肠癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,患者生存率与诊断时癌症分期呈负相关,如果及 早发现,高达 90%的死亡是可以避免的。迄今为止,许多 miRNA 已经被证实是肿瘤抑制基因或癌基因,具 有很好的临床应用前景。但目前研究主要集中在结直肠癌患者外周血液及组织样本的 miRNA,较少有研 究关注粪便 miRNA 水平的变化,并系统阐述粪便 miRNA 在结直肠癌患者中的优势。因此,本文就结直肠 癌患者粪便中 miRNA 的最新研究进展进行综述,重点介绍了在结直肠癌患者粪便中不同种类 miRNA 诊断价值及预后评估,并阐述其作为结直肠癌生物标志物的潜在价值。

Abstract:

Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system. The survival rate of patients with the cancer is negatively correlated with the stage of cancer at the time of diagnosis. If it is detected early,up to 90% of deaths can be avoided. So far,many miRNAs have been confirmed to be tumor suppressor genes or oncogenes,which have a good prospect of clinical application. However,the current research is mainly focused on the miRNA of peripheral blood and tissue samples of patients with the cancer,few studies pay attention to the role of fecal miRNAs,and systematically uncover the significance of fecal miRNA in the diagnosis and prog⁃ nostic assessment of the cancer. Therefore,this article reviews the latest research advances in the role of fecal miR⁃ NAs in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of colorectal cancer,expounding its potential value as a biomarker of colorectal cancer.
