摘要:

微小 RNA 是一类保守、内源性的小的非编码 RNA,对细胞的增殖、凋亡与分化等生物学行为具有重要作用。miR⁃29c 高表达于神经系统,通过作用不同的下游靶点,影响各种信号通路,参与调节多种神经系统疾病。本文就该领域的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为神经系统疾病的临床诊治提供新思路。

Abstract:

MicroRNAs,a class of conserved and endogenous small noncoding RNAs,play a vital role in cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation and other biological behaviors. MiR⁃29c is highly expressed in the ner⁃ vous system,affecting various signaling pathways and participating in the regulation of a variety of nervous system diseases by modulating different downstream target gene. In this paper,we summarize the research progress in this field,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases.
