摘要:

血流感染是一种由病原微生物侵入血液而导致的严重疾病,具有高发病率、高病死率的特 点,给人类健康带来了沉重负担。血流感染的快速、明确诊断,病原微生物的识别及药敏性分析是及时实 行针对性抗生素治疗的前提,对于改善患者的预后尤为重要。血培养技术不断发展,但在快速诊断方面 的劣势始终难以解决,不可能在 3 h 内获得诊断结果。所以,亟需新的快速诊断技术用于临床。本文就目 前的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

With high morbidity and high mortality,bloodstream infection is a serious disease caused by pathogenic microorganisms invading the blood. Rapid and definite diagnosis of bloodstream infection,especially identification of pathogenic microorganisms and drug susceptibility analysis,are the premise for timely implementa⁃ tion of targeted antibiotic treatment ,which is particularly important for improving the prognosis of patients. Although blood culture technology is developing continuously,there is always huge challenge in the rapid diagnosis of bloodstream infection. At the moment,it is impossible to provide a report within 3 hours. Therefore,new rapid diagnostic techniques are urgently needed for clinical application. This article reviews the current research progress in laboratory diagnostic technology of bloodstream infection.
