摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肠道内存在着数以亿计的微生物及其代谢产物,并在人体发挥生物拮抗、营养吸收与代谢、免疫系统成熟及免疫调节等重要作用。人体免疫系统与微生物之间相互作用共同维持肠道及人体稳态,一旦这种共生关系受到损害将导致多种自身免疫性疾病的发生。目前已经认识到肠道菌群失衡与类风湿性关节炎的发生发展存在密不可分的关系,本文就近年来有关肠道微生物与类风湿性关节炎之间的相互作用及未来可能的治疗措施进行综述。

Abstract: There are hundreds of millions of microorganisms and their metabolites in the intestine, which play important roles in the biological antagonism, nutrient absorption and metabolism, immune system maturation and immune regulation.The interaction between the host′s immune system and the symbiotic microbes maintains intestine and body homeostasis. Once this symbiotic relationship is destroyed, the dysbiosis will contribute to the occurrence of many autoimmune diseases.It has been recognized that the imbalance of intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis. This paper reviews the relationship between intestinal microbes and rheumatoid arthritis in recent years and its possible future treatments.
