摘要

负压封闭引流技术被誉为当前治疗各类创面的革命性技术，尤其针对急慢性复杂创面疗效尤为显著，本文就负压封闭引流技术的原理，在颌面部应用的必要性、特点及优势、最新进展、存在的不足、改进措施等进行论述分析。

Abstract

Vacuum sealing drainage is regarded as a revolutionary technology for the treatment of all kinds of wounds，especially for the acute and chronic complex wounds. This paper discussed and analyzed the principle，necessity，characteristics，advantages，latest progress，shortcomings and improvement measures of negative seal⁃ing drainage in maxillofacial region.
