可溶性B7⁃H4对系统性红斑狼疮和疾病活动的诊断价值

摘要:

目的 分析可溶性 B7⁃H4 在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者以及疾 病活动中的诊断价值。方法 收集 60 SLE患者和健康体检者 20 例,SLEDAI 评分评估 SLE 的疾病活 动性,ELISA 法检测 SLE 患者和健康体检者血清中可溶性 B7⁃H4(soluble B7⁃H4,sB7⁃H4)的含量。结果 (1)SLE 患者 sB7⁃H4 含量[(65.62 ± 21.02)ng/mL]明显高于正常对照组[(55.4 ± 11.2)ng/mL],差异有统计 学意义(P < 0.05);sB7⁃H4 诊断 SLE 的敏感性为 56%,特异性 85%,ROC 曲线下面积为 0.65。(2)SLE 患者疾 病活动组 sB7⁃H4 含量[(70.99 ± 19.85)ng/mL]明显高于稳定组[(59.06 ± 20.89)ng/mL],差异有统计学意义 P < 0.05);在 SLE 患者中 sB7⁃H4 诊断活动期 SLE 的敏感性为 82%,特异性为 56%,ROC 曲线下面积为 0.687。结论 sB7⁃H4有助于SLE 的诊断,且对SLE

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of soluble B7⁃H4 in the patients with SLE. Methods 60 SLE patients and 20 healthy donors were recruited. Disease activity was assessed by SLEDAI scores. The sB7⁃H4 of serum in SLE and healthy donors were analysed using ELISA,and the correlation between sB7⁃H4 of serum in SLE and disease active parameters was analysed too. Results The sB7⁃H4 in serum of SLE patients [(65.62 ± 21.02)ng/mL]was significantly higher than healthy controls[(55.4 ± 11.2)ng/mL](P < 0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of sB7⁃H4 to diagnose active SLE in the SLE group were 56%and 85%respectively,and the area under ROC curve was 0.65.The mean concentration of sB7⁃H4 level in active disease group[(70.99 ± 19.85)ng/mL]were significantly higher than those in inactive disease group[(59.06 ± 20.89)ng/mL](P < 0.05), the sensitivity and specificity of sB7⁃H4 to diagnose active disease in the SLE group were 82%and 56%respectively the area under ROC curve was 0.687.
