摘要：

酒石酸布托啡诺是阿片类受体的激动拮抗剂，由于其良好的镇痛镇静效果、较低的恶心呕吐发生率、较高的术后舒适度在临床麻醉中得到了广泛的应用。本文综述了酒石酸布托啡诺在超前镇痛、麻醉诱导期、苏醒期、无痛分娩以及舒适化医疗等方面中的临床应用状况，为临床用药提供参考。

关键词: 布托啡诺, 注射痛, 术后疼痛, 术后舒适度

Abstract:

Butorphanol tartrate is an agitated antagonist of opioid receptor. It has been widely used in clinical anesthesia for its good analgesic and sedative effect，low incidence of nausea and vomiting，andhigh postoperative comfort.This article reviews the clinical application of butorphanol tartrate in advanced analgesia，anesthesia induc⁃tion period，recovery period，painless delivery，and comfort medical treatment，providing reference for clinical medication
