摘要:

脓毒症患者肠道菌群失调导致肠道菌群代谢产物短链脂肪酸减少。而正常水平的短链脂肪酸可以影响全身免疫稳态并增强病原体清除。因此,调节短链脂肪酸恢复免疫稳态是脓毒症患者重要治疗方法。近年来,粪菌移植、短链脂肪酸制剂等成为调节脓毒症短链脂肪酸水平的新型疗法。本文重点讨论短链脂肪酸通过抑制组蛋白去乙酰化酶、激活 G 蛋白偶联受体及激活芳香烃受体来维持肠道免疫,探索短链脂肪酸基于微生物组治疗脓毒症的研究进展。

Abstract:

Dysbiosis of intestinal flora in patients with sepsis results in the decrease of shortchain fattyacidsSCFA),metabolites of intestinal flora. Normal levels of SCFA can affect systemic immune homeostasis andenhance pathogen clearance. Thereforeregulating SCFA to restore immune homeostasis is an important treatmentfor patients with sepsis. In recent yearsfecal bacteria transplantation and SCFA preparation have become newtherapies to regulate the level of SCFA in sepsis. This review focuses on the maintenance of intestinal immunity bySCFA through inhibition of histone deacetylaseGproteincoupled receptor activation and aromatic hydrocarbonreceptor activationand explores the research progress of SCFAin microbiome treatment of sepsis.
