摘要:

口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinomas,OSCC)的治疗通常选择以手术治疗为主、放化疗相结合的综合治疗模式,使得肿瘤的局部控制率和生存率得到有效地提高。树突状细胞作为免疫系统递呈抗原能力最强的免疫细胞,利用肿瘤特异性抗原冲击树突状细胞制备的疫苗在治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ OSCC 的研究和应用中取得了初步成效。虽然树突状细胞疫苗联合放化疗可以发挥出优劣互补的作用,但在单独应用于治疗 OSCC 方面仍未达到预期的治疗效果。解决树突状细胞疫苗对抗原的高效摄取、加工处理以及寻找新的有效生物靶点等问题,可为今后肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的可能。

Abstract: The treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma is commonly based on surgery and combination of radiotherapy with chemotherapy,so that the local control rate of the malignancy and survival rate can be effec⁃ tively improved. Dendritic cells are the immune cells with the strongest ability to present antigens in the immune system. The vaccine prepared by impacting dendritic cells with tumor⁃specific antigens has achieved preliminary results in the research and application of the treatment of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ oral squamous cell carcinoma. Although the combination of dendritic cell vaccine with chemoradiotherapy can play a complementary role,it has not achieved an expected therapeutic effect when used alone in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The problems including high ⁃efficiency uptake of antigens,processing,and search for new and effective biological targets for dendritic cell vaccines need to be solved urgently,providing new possibilities for tumor immunotherapy in the future.
