摘要:

微小 RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长约 22 个核苷酸的内源性、非编码单链 RNA,在转录 后水平调控靶基因的表达,与许多重要的生命活动密切相关。功能性肠病(functional bowel disease,FBD 的发病机制尚未完全明确。已有研究表明,miRNA 在功能性肠病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文就 miRNA 的生物学功能、在FBD 中的表达变化以及miRNA 对肠黏膜屏障、内脏超敏、肠道动力等的调控机制 进行综述,以期为后续FBD 的机制研究、潜在生物标志物和治疗靶标的寻找提供参考

Abstract:

MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of endogenous,non⁃coding single⁃stranded RNA with a length of about 22 nucleotides. It regulates the expression of target genes at the post⁃transcriptional level and is closely related to many important life activities. The pathogenesis of functional bowel disorders(FBD)has not been fully clarified. Studies have shown that miRNAs plays an important role in the occurrence and development of FBD. This article summarizes the biological function of miRNAs,its expression changes in FBD and the regulatory mechanism of miRNAsin intestinal mucosal barrier,visceral hypersensitivity and intestinal motility,to providereference for the follow⁃up mechanism research of FBD and the search for potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets
